Program 54 - September, 1974 - Mandel Kramer


 
Mandel Kramer played the title role in "Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar" from 1961 until 1962, replacing Bob Bailey. His radio career included nearly every radio drama in the forties, fifties, and sixties, up to and including the "CBS Radio Mystery Theater in the '70s." He won an Emmy for TV's "The Edge of Night," and also was a regular on "The Guiding Light."

On this show we'll hear Mr. Kramer share his memories of acting in radio, and hear excerpts from "Counterspy," "Gangbusters," and
"Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar."
